In order to help us find the best match for the dogs in rescue with you and your family, please complete and submit this application before inquiring about a specific dog. We try to match every dog to the best home possible to ensure that this rehoming is the dog's forever home. The answers you provide us help to ensure we match you with the best Weimaraner (s) for you and your family.

We keep applications on file until you contact us to let us know you have found a forever friend or are no longer interested in adopting. This means that emails are sent to you regarding events and available dogs once you submit the application. By submitting the application you are agreeing to be sent emails from Colorado Weimaraner Rescue. If you acquire a dog from another source or are no longer interested in adopting, please notify us so that we can deactivate your application.

NOTE: We will only adopt a Weimaraner to those living within the following states: Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah and South Dakota. If you wish to adopt a Weim from our rescue group, you will need to travel to the location of the dog. We operate out of Denver, CO, however we have branches in Wichita, KS and Rapid City, SD.
