What is a Meet-n-Greet?
A Meet-n-Greet is a weekly event that allows potential adopters to meet rescue Weims that are available for adoption.
It is also a great way to meet Mile High Weimaraner Club members and MHWC Rescue volunteers.

Please join us to meet some adoptable Weims seeking new homes. This is a public park so just look for us surrounded by all of the gray and blue dogs!

Old Pearl Street Pet Fair
Sunday, June 13th
WHAT: Old Pearl Street Association 2009 PET FAIR
WHEN: Sunday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
WHY: Provide humane education to our neighbors , Introduce folks to boarding facilities, health care experts, natural foods, nutritional experts, affordable spaying/neutering, and introduce people to rescue groups and their adoptable pets.
WHERE: 1500 block of South Pearl Street in Denver, on the 1500 block of Old South Pearl Street between Florida and Iowa Avenues.
We will have adoptable Weims in attendance!

Longmont Humane Society's 16th annual Walk for Animals has been renamed Ella's Walk

2009 Walk for Animals featuring the Furry Friends Festival May 15, 2009 at the Boulder County Fairgrounds
Join the fun and walk for a reason! Collect donations to help support the animals sheltered at
Longmont Humane Society and gather your two-legged and four-legged friends and family for a morning of exercise and fun at this family-friendly event.

FUN EVENT: 2010 Furry Scurry!
Washington Park

Join our "Gray Ghost Invasion" at the Furry Scurry in Washington Park - Saturday May 1st
A two-mile walk and fun run in Washington Park with your furry friends! All proceeds benefit Denver Dumb Friends League.
The typical registration fee is $50 per person, but when you join our team, the fee is $45 per person.
Please join our Weimaraner team -register under team name "Mile High Weimaraner Rescue"
Team Captain- Shelly Jernigan will provide a meeting place on the day of the event so the weims can all walk together!

Enjoy refreshments and demonstrations before, during and after the walk.
